Geri-Care Connection is unique in that it is a referral service for nursing care. Geri-Care's objective is to place a companion, nurses' aide, or nurse as a care provider who is most suited to the patient's needs. Each patient is interviewed and they are assessed so that a compatible care provider will be referred. To ensure satisfaction and compatibility, follow-up calls are made to evaluate the performance of the care provider.
