Gentiva Home Health was EXCELLENT! ALL the staff was exceptional from the Aids to PT. When we needed to switch to Hospice they were right there to pick up and I seldom agree with some of the "newer" nursing practices but the staff listened to my comments, suggestions and implemented the ones that were better. I have found only nurses that really care about doing things the best way for the patient bother to even consider. They were there within 30 minutes the few times I needed them, no questions asked. I was deeply moved by their true caring for my cousin. Her best interest was paramount. I will go to them for all my future medical needs and believe their service was the best available. I used 4 Hospice services when my husband died 4 years ago finally finding Gentiva and used them until his death so I can say they were as great then as now. I believe their name has changed so anyone wishing to use them might find another name in place now.
