We initially called Freedom Home Care for a short term “situation”, caring for my 95 year old father. They ended up providing part time personal care service to my father in his home for the remainder of his life, about 6 months. The care was consistent and provided the additional coverage needed to allow my dad to stay living in his home. This was during the time of Covid and we felt comfortable with the protocols followed. Freedom Home Care was able to provide consistency and have just one known caregiver come into his home, which we really appreciated, especially during Covid. Freedom Home Care was easy to communicate with, very helpful with billing our insurance and showed compassion and support at all times. I would recommend them without reservation.

Overall I have been very satisfied with Freedom Home Care. They have worked with me to find the right people to fill the companion care service that was needed in my home. I first went with this company because their rates for companion care were the lowest. I started with 2 visits per week and increased to 3 visits per week. Some days the regular person had to cancel. Freedom Home Care always kept me in the loop about the replacement person. I greatly appreciated the special care they have provided for my situation. I would recommend this company.
