Foundational Health Home Care provides quality, non-medical in-home care services for individuals with a variety of disabilities, conditions, injuries, and levels of mobility. We strive to not only meet but exceed the expectations of each client that uses us.

We aim to make home care a transformative experience. You may come to us needing light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, but you’ll soon notice that you’re more active in your community and exercise more frequently with your caregiver around.

“Care through prevention.” Our caregivers are the eyes and ears of each client, aiming to help them maintain independence and dignity for as long as they can. Prevention is the most important aspect of preserving the health of people who need our care.
