Fleming Point in Rochester, NY is our retirement community with 3 meals per day, activities, transportation, billiards room, card room, and chapel. We have 26 different floor plans available with various pricing. Refrigerators and sinks are in all apartments, but no stoves. You can bring your own microwave or toaster oven. Furthermore, we have emergency response systems, including an emergency phone system, bracelet or pendant also available depending on what your loved on would like. One of our special features of being a holiday retirement community is when you are a resident at a Holiday Community like ours you’re automatically eligible to stay at other holiday communities for free! There are over 250 retirement communities across the US and Canada that you can stay at for free.
