Out of all of the home care agencies I contacted FirstLight HomeCare of Westchester County was the most professional. Their team is very willing to work with me and ready to solve my problems. The caregiver they provided has really wonderful interaction with my mother. She always has great suggestions and seems to anticipate my mother's needs. Our caregiver from FirstLight HomeCare also presents herself in a calming way that does not intimidate my mother which is appreciated. Overall I am very impressed with FirstLight and feel that they go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met, I highly recommend their services.

FirstLight HomeCare of Westchester County's staff thinks outside the box and work as a team to solve problems when they arise. My current caregiver keeps careful records about everything so that we know what happens with my mother. Her caregiver is observant and creative. The office staff from FirstLight has been very helpful with every concern or issue I have had and takes them seriously to figure out a solution. I would highly recommend FirstLight HomeCare because they are willing to solve problems and I feel at peace with the care they provide my own mother.
