FirstLight HomeCare is a great agency. When I initially called them, Craig listened to everything I needed to say about my mom. He listened thoughtfully and patiently. He sent Charlene to take care of my mom and, despite the fact that my mom is quite introverted and was hesitant about care, they hit it off immediately. I was also impressed that Craig called to follow up about how my mom was doing and if I thought she and Charlene were progressing well. I am a psychologist, and I've worked with many home care agencies. I cannot say enough about FirstLight, Craig and Charlene. They are trustworthy, caring, and they've been fantastic with my mom.
