It all started by getting a reference to this company. The owner then arranged a meeting with my mother and I where he also brought along a potential caregiver. We had used a few other companies in the past but this was the first one that the owner had come to meet my mother. I very much appreciated that and it helped my mother get familiar the potential caregiver. FirstLight staffed my mother’s care with diligence and showed sensitivity to what my mother needed. We didn't have the service long since she moved to an assisted living community but it was worth it.
