Farmington Health Care Center provides skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services in a kind and encouraging environment. Our Alzheimer’s and memory support services are dedicated to the unique needs of each resident.
Farmington has accommodations for 124 residents and provides treatment to individuals who are recovering from surgery or illness, who require concentrated rehabilitation, who need continuous nursing care, or who just need a short-term respite stay.
