I am a current client
Terrible. Administrator can be verbally abusive to staff and residents. Hard to do find assisted living beds so Falcon Ridge is allowed to do just enough but no more. Multiple write up with the state for noncompliance issues dealing with abuse and neglect. Some rules are applied to certain residents. Just a very unprofessional negative place. I feel bad for the residents. They have very few options. Do your research, check with the state before you consider letting a love one love here. I wish I had done a better job for my family member.
