Faith House Assisted Living Facility

If I could do it all over again, I would NEVER have put my mom in Faith House Assisted Living Facility. My mom lived alone and had early stages of dementia. We knew she would eventually need more care so we decided to move her into a caring home where she could get some help when needed as well as have her be around other adults. We moved her in walking, talking and fully functioning and 2 months later she died. So many things went wrong. They drugged her up with medicine that didn’t agree with her and after we expressed our concern several times, nothing got done. She fell out of bed from being over medicated and broke 2 vertebrates in her back which nobody called to inform us about! They called us almost everyday to complain about her, which again we told them, was side effects of the medicine they put her on. Terrible management and terrible communication! We eventually picked her up took her to the hospital for the medicine (they put her on) where she unfortunately passed away 2 weeks later. She went from a fully functioning adult to not being able to open her eyes or move! I regret my decision everyday! I’m so sorry I put my mom through all this.
