Home Health Care Agency in CT - At Fairfield Family Care, our goal is to provide the highest quality of care and exceptional service. When life’s events—aging, illness, or disability—make daily living difficult, we help to maintain an independent lifestyle.

Fairfield Family Care provides care when an illness makes walking, standing, driving or daily living difficult. In addition to offering assistance with basic daily needs, we have caregivers experienced with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and Parkinson’s diseases. Our caregivers can also work in a hospice environment or with the client at assisted living facilities.

Caregivers are the heart of Fairfield Family Care - We hire caring, compassionate people who enjoy helping others. Our goal is to find the best caregivers from our large pool of applicants. We thoroughly screen all applicants, hiring, on average, only one out of every ten people who apply. All employees have experience and are interviewed at length. Finding the right caregiver is all about understanding your needs and getting to know you and/or your family member. Our caregivers undergo a thorough background check and we are certified, bonded, and insured for your safety.

Our caregivers assist with: Recovering from surgery/Hospitalization, People with disabilities, Hospice patients
Expectant/new mothers, and People on restricted activity.

We offer an extensive array of non-medical healthcare services including: Home health aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, Companionship, Drivers, Medication reminders, Household organization, Meal preparation and feeding, Errands, grocery shopping, prescription refills, Grooming, Bathing and hygiene, Hobbies, games, exercise, Laundry, change linens, Pet care, Light housekeeping, Accompany to doctor appointments,
Toileting and incontinent care.

Fairfield Family Care has been working to provide families with exceptional service for over 25 years. Fairfield Family Care’s services encompass Westchester, Fairfield and New Haven counties, providing care wherever it is needed. We even have a nutritionist on staff to help clients with healthy eating any dietary needs.

We offer a no obligation, free consultation to meet with you regarding the specific needs for you or your loved one. We pride ourselves on finding the right caregiver each person. Our free consultation is done in your own home so we can best understand all circumstances involved and the service you are seeking.

No need is too small. Our services can be hourly, daily or 24/7 live-in care.

i used Kevin at Fairfield Family Care and he was amazing! He came to my house and sat down with my mother and myself ad we discussed our options and schedule. the next day he brought out 2 aids that my mother loved. Kevin is the best!!

I have only used Fairfield family care a short time but they have been great. My helper shows up on time and has been a huge help getting me back to where I used to be. I don’t know how I would have made it without the help.

I had a good experience with Fairfield Family Care. My mom had Parkinson disease. I called FFC and spoke to Gary who was a caring and sympathetic to my needs. He picked a caregiver 2 years ago and we were happy with him up until my moms passing. over all a good experience. I recommended FFC.

I called Fairfield Family Care for my mother who was being released from a rehab facility, within hours Gary came to our house and interviewed us, they sent us three home health aides to interview within one day, we chose a highly qualified aide to care for mom, our aide has been with mom for the last 3 months, my mother is well taken care of and in good spirits. I would highly recommend their service.

My parents were in need of emergency live in care on weekend. I called Fairfield Family Care, and there was a wonderful caregiver at my house in an hour. The caregiver is so attentive and caring. She is currently still with my parents and will continue to be part of the family for years! Although my uncle is in an assisted living facility he has off and on needed additional care beyond the limits of the residence. We found Fairfield Family Care and they provided an aide to stay with him overnight and during the day for the more personal care he needed when he was having extra difficulties getting around and also needed someone to keep his mood up. Great service! They matched the aide to his personality wonderfully.

What a gem of an organization! I cannot rave enough about Fairfield Family Care--and believe me, I'm FUSSY! It is rare when you find caregivers who truly care--they go way beyond the extra mile and do much more than what is expected. Clients reside in a warm, relaxed environment and receive close attention. We are all treated with kindness & respect; a combination not found in larger facilities. The environment is set up much like a home, with all of the creature comforts one could imagine. The setting, garden & grounds are beautiful. Guests reside in the tranquil suburbs, yet are minutes away from downtown Stamford & Greenwich with access to shopping, movies & restaurants. Hats off to Fairfield Family Care!
