Extreme Care Services (ECS) offers a full range of homecare services designed to allow you to remain in the comfort of your home. Familiar surroundings help clients maintain the highest possible quality of life, remain independent and live with dignity. Each client receives a complete assessment by a Professional Care Manager who coordinates with your treating physician, adjuster and family to create a custom plan of care for your medical condition. An ECS Professional Senior Care Manager will coordinate your care plan, communicate with you on an ongoing basis and supervise your care giver. Homecare services range from periodic check up visits up to 24-hour continuous care.
