Embracing Hearts at Home is owned and operated by Sandy Brumfield in 2015. Sandy has been an Intensive Care Unit nurse for over 24 years. Her father who lived in Canada was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. His journey was much shorter than most, but it was a challenge to help him function in his own home. With professional knowledge and personal insight, Sandy wants to focus on the special needs of others who wish to live at home. We also provide services to those enrolled in the Georgie CCSP and SOURCE waiver program. We participate in the hiring of family members as paid caregivers under this program.
