Elmcroft of Cy-Fair is an aging in place community, allowing residents to have all levels of care, from independent living to assisted living, Alzheimer’s Care and hospice care, without changing location. We offer on site home healthcare as well as physical therapy. Our building is absolutely beautiful and home-like. It is one story, to accommodate all levels of mobility. Residents are often seen entertaining in our great room near our large and cozy fireplace.
