I am a private geriatric care manager. I offer support to caregivers, spousal caregivers, family members in need of consultation as well as daily support. Also individual support for elders. I have lived in Boulder for 26 years and have a lot of resources. I am very at home in being a medical advocate and support for people with terminal health issues as well as their families. I have been a practicing therapist and have an LPC, for 23 years. I owned and operated an assisted living home for 12 years.
