I would not recommend Eleder Care Connection at all. I wanted to give them a zero rating, but the system wouldn't let me. This agency wanted me and my mother to pay fees for filing paperwork to hire an aide. they also wanted us to agree to paying the company's accountant to file payroll forms. They required power of attorney forms and several other forms to be filled out. All I wanted to do was hire an aide through them, not be the employer of my mother's aide. In my opinion, Elder Care Connection is scamming money out of people.....
