Elara Caring provides a comprehensive, compassionate, and holistic program of in-home care and support to help patients meet their health care goals. From bathing and home chores to skilled nursing visits, our services allow members to age in place.
Funded through VA, Private Pay and Oklahoma Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership, a team of nearly 5000 caregivers and clinicians provide vital in-home care and support to the most vulnerable population. Utilizing programs such as ADvantage Waiver, State Plan Personal Care, members have access to nursing home level of care while maintaining independence at home.
