Elara Caring provides a comprehensive, compassionate, and holistic program of in-home care and support to help patients meet their health care goals. From bathing and home chores to skilled nursing visits, our services allow Missourians to age in place.
Funded through VA, Private Pay and Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership, a team of nearly 2000 caregivers and clinicians provide vital in-home care and support to the most vulnerable citizens. Utilizing programs such as Home and Community Based Services, Consumer Directed Care and State Plan Waiver Services, Texans have access to nursing home level of care while maintaining independence at home.
