Elara Caring provides a comprehensive, compassionate, and holistic program of in-home care and support to help patients meet their health care goals. From bathing and home chores to skilled nursing visits, our services allow Texans to age in place.
Funded through VA, Private Pay and Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership, a team of nearly 10,000 caregivers and clinicians provide vital in-home care and support to the most vulnerable Texans. Utilizing programs such as Community Attendant Services (CAS), Primary Homecare and Family Care, Texans have access to nursing home level of care while maintaining independence at home.
