Services include but not limited to the following:
Assistance with bathing transfers to and from, oral care, and hair care. Changing the client's bed linens as well as laundering the linens as well as personal clothing. Skincare (excluding wound care), care of eyeglasses and hearing aids, assisting with dressing and undressing. Assistance with toileting including use and care of bedpan, urinal, commode, or toilet. Light cleaning in essential areas of the home used during personal care service activities. Meal preparation, food purchasing, and meal serving. Accompanying the client to obtain medical diagnosis and treatment.
