Suzanne is an RN and the community accepts VERY high-need Level 3 residents. Can do wound care. Incontinence care. Hospice. Wanda is the new manager & she's very strict with her staff. Very involved with the resident's doctors and meds. If she doesn't like the way a resident is reacting to a med, she will call the doctor. Residents help with the vegatable garden spring, summer, fall. Planning to add some pygmy goats that the residents will also be able to help with.
