Beware! Del Obispo Terrace Doesn't Care! I had my loved one in this facility for less than two weeks. He went downhill fast, losing weight, developing Sepsis, and a glandular glob on his face due to dehydration. After an emergency trip to Mission Hospital, a week stay there and a week in Rehabilitation, we left this awful place. Del Obispo Terrace is threatening to charge us 2 months of rent for a 10 day stay, even though Rehabilitation recommended a small Board and Care for the future of my loved one's health. Make no mistake, Del Obispo Terrace's Primary Care is Money. San Juan Capistrano should be ashamed Del Obispo Terrace leases space in their city. I found Del Obispo Terrace to be a disturbing wake up call to the realities of what certain Paid Care can be for an elderly senior, who because of his severely decreased mobility, is dependent on the kindness of strangers. My loved one was neglected! He was never dressed and sometimes he was not even able to get to his food. It was placed beyond his reach. I could go on, but why? Our stay at Del Obispo Terrace was a Nightmare!
