David Alig has practiced law in the Kansas City metropolitan area since 1979, after graduating from the University of Tulsa College of Law and the University of Missouri-Columbia. His practice has always focused in the closely affiliated areas of estate & trust administration, estate planning, business law and retirement planning. During his 30 years of practice, David has actively participated in a number of collaborative professional groups, including the Kansas Bar Association's Real Estate, Probate & Trust Section; Johnson County Bar Association's Bench/Bar Probate Committee; Eastern Kansas Estate Planning Council, National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, WealthCounsel, and others. He has also been involved in a variety of capacities with local organizations such as the American Red Cross, Rotary International, American Stroke Foundation, St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church, and others. We help senior citizens and their families use the techniques of excellent estate planning to take care of themselves, preserve their legacy, and protect their loved ones' inheritances. We believe in the heritage of attorneys as trusted personal counsel: Part of our responsibility is to guide you through the maze of understanding about what you want your planning and documents to say to and for your beneficiaries -- and then to be there when you or they need us.
