Daily Grace Adult Day Health Services provides disabled adults and seniors that are mentally and/or physically disabled with the ability to have an active life through social, medical, and physical support. We offer their caregivers peace of mindby creating a safe, comfortable and supportive environment where their loved ones can thrive.
Daily Grace Adult Health Services works with each family and care receiver to determine the best level of care needed. Our program provides safe group environment with coordinated health services and social activities aimed at stabilizing or improving self-care.
We serve residents of Bibb, Jones, Monroe, Twiggs, Baldwin, Wilkinson, Houston, Peach, and Crawford counties
