DO NOT RECOMMEND! Dahlia Inn Senior Care has very poor communication by owner/director, unable/unwilling to provide care plan (previous investigation by State and not in compliance, documented on State website), medication administration log does not reflect "missing" hospice drugs, and so much more. For the sake of your loved one/s, do NOT place them at this "home". The caregiver did as well as she could.....
