Country Meadow Place Assisted Living is nestled in a country setting in Mason City, Iowa. We are happy to serve the Mason City, Clear Lake and surrounding areas. Our entire 36 apartment community is safe and secure. We offer an assisted living environment while specializing in caring for individuals with an Alzheimer's or a dementia prognosis.
In 2014 our community was fully remodeled with new windows, carpet, paint and individual temperature control units in each apartment. We offer 3 home cooked meals a day; we provide housekeeping, maintenance, laundry and transportation. Basic cable is provided as well as internet access. We have Live 2B Healthy exercise three times a week. We also have music therapy, massage therapy and a full range of daily activities. We have a full time RN, Culinary Chef, Manager, Life Enrichment Coordinator and Community Relations Coordinator.
