Cooperative Home and Health Services provides in-home care to help individuals preserve their independent and dignified lifestyles. Our family portal allows loved ones to look and see what care has been given, how their loved ones are doing and even leave messages for the caregiver. All of our caregivers are required to participate in continuing education so that they may be up to date on the latest trends in in-home care.
