We are nurse owned community based organization, we focus on the needs of the community. We provide monthly comprehensive in home assessments to our clients completed by a RN; not limited to disease process management, poly-pharmacy medication review, fall risk assessments.
Opportunity to have an in person meet and greet with potential direct caregivers before placement in the home to ensure the best compatibility.
No limits on hours, our clients only pay for the services rendered.
