In 1997, Rhode Island based, Concord Health Services was founded by David and Ann DiFilippo. Their mission was to establish a group of caregivers who possessed a more compassionate and committed level client care. Starting with a small group of 15 Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, Concord has grown to over 150 Registered Nurses, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, Social Workers, Certified Nursing Assistants and Companions.
