I am a current client
Mom was in the care of Commonwealth Assisted Living at Hillsville. She did not get a bath or shampoo for over 33 days and got bad fungus on her head and feet- and a rash the size of shorts in her diaper area. Mama can walk with help. They just wouldn't take her to shower or to meals. It's a cruel place.
