Our caregiver is excellent with diverting/redirecting my moms attention when things are bothering her. She has been helpful in making suggestions to me to get a bathtub shower seat and suggesting other accommodations to help make life easier. In addition to all of the aforementioned, she is always on time and stays busy cleaning and doing whatever needs to be done. She is a true initiative taker... that is a rarity!
