Comfort Keepers is by far the best in-home care company servicing Spartanburg and surrounding areas. Their caregivers are highly trained to be successful at their jobs. There is nothing they won't do to make their clients happy. The office staff is very flexible and willing to work around crazy schedules. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers.

My family and I have been pleased with Comfort Keepers of Spartanburg’s services and the care they have given to our parents. Their caregiver is a great cook, a wonderful companion, and looks out for our parents' well-being. My father has actually gained weight, which is what we were hoping would happen. She has been an absolute angel. We could not have special ordered anyone better than Sandra. With my work schedule and my brother's work schedule, we were looking for someone to not only cook for them, but someone we could depend on in our absence and she has exceeded our every expectation. She calls whenever she has a concern about their health and really has risen to help in any way she can, whether it is taking them for doctors' appointments or picking up prescriptions. When they hired her for their company, they landed a gem. I also like the fact they stop in from time to time to see first-hand how things are going, but with Sandra that will never be an issue. My parents are well taken care of, and they think the world of Sandra and she cares about them. We were fortunate to have found Comfort Keepers and Sandra, and we have not hesitated in recommending their company to others.

Comfort Keepers of Spartanburg has become a part of our family over the last two years. When our mom passed away in 2013, our dad (who is a Parkinson's victim of over 20 years) was basically left all alone as we lived out of town. When his physical and mental state proceeded to spiral out of control, we didn't know what to do. We were forced to seek outside help and decided to try CK (as we have nicknamed them in our family). They were truly the answer to our prayers. They immediately became the eyes, ears, hands, feet, and voice for our dad. On a moment's notice, CK has provided any and every kind of assistance from transportation, shopping, cooking meals, friendship, medical assistance, scheduling appointments, counseling, and the list goes on and on and on--you name it--they do it! When our dad had to be moved into a memory loss care unit a year ago, they were right there by our side during the most difficult of all transitions. Each staff member that has been assigned to or has interacted with our dad has been carefully selected. CK makes it their business to know him personally--to know his likes, dislikes, mannerisms, health conditions, personality characteristics. There is one gentleman in particular who attends to him on a regular basis each week (and has done so over the past two years), well~ we can't say any more about him than he is just straight from heaven!
