We are so grateful to Jessica, the flexible office staff, and especially the polite, compassionate in-home care givers at Comfort Keepers that spent time with our 92 year old dad this past year. We felt immediately at ease and knew we had chosen the best possible option after meeting with Jessica during the in home visit. Our father's adjustment to this "new situation" was quite smooth, something we could not have necessarily predicted with confidence. He accepted the help and friendly visits readily. We appreciate the excellent care services provided, however, we believe their commitment to match caregivers to the client really enhanced the experience. Thank you, Elizabeth! Comfort Keepers certainly is an organization that delivers the "comfort" & "care" we sought for our dad.

We are so pleased with Comfort Keepers. We have been served by their staff and caregivers since last August, and it has been a fine relationship. The staff are very accommodating of our needs. From the beginning I felt we were deal with a professional, yet caring organization that prides itself on helping people with needs such as ours. The website is a testament to the professionalism. I also thought that the early analysis of our situation and the suggestions about equipping my husband with an alert system in case he needed help and I was not available were very important. The staff was great at meeting our needs and matching our schedule, even if we sometimes changed our requirements. My husband was matched with caregivers that he would relate well to, and there was consistency in the individuals sent. It is clear that this organization spends important time making sure that all of the caregivers are qualified, trained, and have the personal characteristics and competencies that the clients need.

All of the women who came to help me from Comfort Keepers were good, professional and willing to do whatever I needed. I knew from the way Rene cooked dinner without one question of where to find pots and pans that she was very efficient and respectful. When she told me she was returning for the week, I was overjoyed. I knew she was a gem. She was a good cook. Rene is #1! Joyce offered to clean out the freezer which was great and on garbage day pick up so it worked out great!

Comfort Keepers is a great company. I was introduced to this company by a neighbor and she had been using the services on a daily basis for several months. She highly recommended there services. I was concerned that the Comfort Keepers in another area would not have the same high level of service. But, I should not have worried. From my first contact with the client care specialist, I knew I had made the correct choice. The first in-home visit was scheduled for my convenience so I could attend the meeting at my mother’s home. The client care specialist discussed in detail what services were available. Cooking meals, driving to medical appointments, companionship, and assist with bathing are some of the special attentions available from the caring staff. I recommend their services.

I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers of Pleasanton. They were wonderful caregivers and went above and beyond what I needed for my Mom. They were very caring, and took the time to listen to what my Mom needed each day. They helped her engage in conversations, helped her to do her baking, which she loved. They did her laundry and helped her dress, and still were able to make her feel good about herself. I can’t tell you enough how glad I was to choose Comfort Keepers. We had used other agencies recommended by the hospital, and there was no comparison. Where those caregivers would sit around all day watching TV and reading magazines, Comfort Keepers treated my Mom like she was someone they wanted to spend time with. I can’t thank them enough for making me feel like my Mom was being taken care of, and I didn’t need to worry. I would happily recommend their services.
