Comfort Keepers provided outstanding services for my daddy for a few years. I don’t remember how I got in touch with a different agency when Daddy allowed me to obtain help again – but they could not provide me with weekend help and I came back to Comfort Keepers and was provided help immediately. I would love to have them take over all care but the caregiver has been with Daddy for a year and I can’t replace her. This week Daddy fell again but this time he is willing to have someone with him 24/7. The other agency could not find someone to fill a 3 hour absence for tonight and tomorrow night. I naturally called Comfort Keepers, my saint, to perform a miracle. They responded within a ½ hour and obtained help for my father. My family has the utmost respect for your organization. I know I can count on Comfort Keepers which means so much.

The aides and office staff at Comfort Keepers in Home Care have proven to be a godsend to our family. We started with an aide to help both my mother and father with light housekeeping and shopping. When my father passed away we increased the days and have added aides to the schedule for my mother. They help with bathing, housekeeping, shopping, and companionship. Anne and Maureen take great care in matching personalities and the individual needs of their customers. The entire staff is very accommodating and compassionate. Dad, who has dementia, came to live with us after Mother's unexpected death. I was reluctant to leave a stranger alone in my house with Dad, so for several months I had to plan appointments and errands around my husband's work schedule, and we could not go out together since someone had to stay with Dad. Initially, I used Comfort Keepers of Pitman for occasional respite, then, scheduled regular coverage, which I have increased as Dad declines and his care becomes more demanding. Comfort Keepers readily accommodates schedule changes and last minute requests for coverage. When my daughter became suddenly ill at work in central Pennsylvania, an overnight caregiver arrived within an hour. Comfort Keepers caregivers are well-trained, experienced and dependable. Dad is restless and needs constant supervision. Without in-home care, my husband and I would be unable to continue to care for him at home.
