Comfort Keepers of Mckinney has proven to be dependable and available for me at any hour. They have the most caring and compassion caregivers in comparison to other in home health care companies I have found. I called without knowing much of the process of having someone care for my family member, and they took time explaining their company and their available services. I found out about how their caregivers are actual employees of the company, not independent contractors. This means they are insured should anything happen. Not all companies are like this. I got to speak with the owner of Comfort Keepers. He lives in the same town as where he serves his clients. No big corporation here and that's important to me, I don't want my family member to be just a 'number'. He even gave me a price break when I found I needed more care than 30 hours a week. Comfort Keepers is a rarity in this business and met my needs by being personable, reasonable and dependable. If you are considering in home care for your loved one, call them first.

Comfort Keepers of Mckinney are the best. I been through 3 other caregiving companies and Comfort keepers is the most expensive but I could care less. They are head & shoulders better then the other three and well worth an extra $4 an hour.
