I am so thankful someone recommended Comfort Keepers of East Alpharetta for my mother. Unfortunately my mother was diagnosed with a brain tumor at the age of 65. Over a period of several weeks we were in and out of the hospital and rehabilitation. I became the main caretaker for my mother due to the fact I was the only child living in the same city. I realized after a period of time I could no longer keep up - I was too exhausted to take care of my mother, my family (which included my husband and three small kids), and continue work. The sitters from Comfort Keepers have been absolutely wonderful. They are extremely patient with my mother - who at this point has difficulty communicating as she can no longer speak clearly. They take care of her as if she is family. I really like being able to access the Family Room online that shows me who assisted mom that day and what the day consisted of. I will also add that the owners, Greg and Cheryl Johnson, have been more than accommodating to our situation. I highly recommend them and their staff and would utilize them again without hesitation.

My mom is living independently. After a surgery, we didn’t want her to live alone until she regained some of her strength. A friend recommended Comfort Keepers of East Alpharetta. We had worked with a care-giving agency a few years ago and it was an “ok” experience…. nothing terrible, nothing great. But, this time I decided to go a new direction being that the positive referral came from someone who was currently using this particular Comfort Keepers. I called to make a request for help with Mom and was surprised at how quickly my call was returned. In no time at all, Greg was out to meet the family, tell us what they would provide, and answer any questions or concerns that we had in regards to her care. This agency was, hands down, way more thorough and professional than what we previously experienced when working with the other agency. The entire time we worked with Greg, I knew they were very committed to finding and providing excellent care for Mom. Living 4 hours away, I could return home with a peaceful feeling of knowing that she was well taken care of during her time of need. The care-givers were lovely and well qualified and Greg always worked to find the best match to Mom’s personality and needs. I highly recommend this agency if you have a loved one that needs additional care at home. You can rest assure that he/she will have they care they need.
