Highly recommended, 12/10. After relocating my dad to be closer to me here in Columbus, I needed to find a new home care provider. He has been a client of Comfort Keepers the past two years or so and since the beginning they have been committed to providing the best service possible. Communication is excellent whenever I have questions or if anything comes up. Its employees have the right ethics and personalities to be caretakers. One time, when my dad misunderstood and thought I was switching providers, he became agitated because he did not want them to go. I'm greatly relieved I do not have to worry about whether they have his best interest at heart.
