After being badly injured in a car crash, I needed help with personal care while recovering, so I called Comfort Keepers. I found the staff to be easy to work with, professional and caring. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs it. I would not hesitate to call Comfort Keepers again if I needed additional help.

The interview & setup process went very well. Unfortunately we had to fire them in less than a month. My mom is a diabetic and needed her breakfasts at 7:30am. During the time we employed Comfort Keepers the homecare employee showed up late nearly every day, sometimes as late as lunchtime. There was also an occasion in which one of the helpers just sat and did nothing for a good part of the visit when there were tasks to be completed – this cost us $30/hour! Later when searching for another caregiver, we discovered Comfort Keepers was the most expensive service of them all. My mom was upset by this experience and we’re sorry we put her through it. We are lucky in the respect that my sister-in-law was actually able to take leave of her job and start taking care of mom.
