Comfort Keepers of North ID

I have been with Comfort Keepers for three years. They really need their scheduler attend a class in scheduling. I went 4 months with a different person most of the time. There is no reason why the same person can't be scheduled with the client, when you know every week is the same. I do have an excellent caregiver now who is awesome, but only after complaining. Also, a lot of the caregivers that were sent out to me, didn't even know how to clean. A swipe here and a swipe there

We are new to Comfort Keepers of Coeur d'Alene so we haven't had anyone actually come out to help with housekeeping yet, but the information and intake meeting was wonderful with lots of good info and suggestions. So far we are very pleased!

Comfort Keepers were exactly what my husband and I were looking for. We needed help managing my in-laws care until it is time to move into an assisted living facility. I don’t think we realized how exhausted we were from being their care providers. Just knowing that their groceries were taken care of for the week was a huge relief for us.
