Comfort Keepers of Cape Girardeau, MO

We are thankful for Comfort Keepers of Cape Giradeau's help with my brother before he passed. We really appreciated their help, they were great and I would recommend them to others.

Mom needed help and we did not know what to do. I started calling around talking to different companies who provided services and was not getting anywhere. Then I called Comfort Keepers of Cape Giradeau. What a difference, not only did I get a live person to talk with but someone who knew what I was going through and how to help my Mom and me. From the time they met with us at Mom’s home, I knew I had made the right decision. They listened to our needs and wants about the type of services in the home and then they also made recommendations that improved those services that we had not even thought about. Mom was not happy at first to have someone the home but after talking to Comfort Keepers in person and knowing that they had her best interest at heart and really listened to her wants Mom became optimistic about services. From Day One, Mom fell in love with her caregiver and we did too!! Comfort Keepers gave us the perfect caregiver that took special care and time with Mom. Mom and I have recommended Comfort Keepers to our friends and family. Comfort Keepers is the best in my book and I will gladly tell anyone who will listen how they can make a difference in the lives of your love one and for yourself.

We had been having problems with our services with agencies that were not reliable. The caregivers did not show up and no one called to let us know that they were not even coming. We had had it. My husband has multiple needs that required constant care and we needed dependable help. The Comfort Keepers of Cape Girardeau caregivers are very kind and give caring attention to our father and husband Roy. Especially, Lupe, who is our beloved caregiver. Her kind handling of Dad and her compassionate presence is a blessing. She also keeps very good journal notes of Dad and her time with him. Kristal is also very caring. We can't thank them enough for what they do for our family.

My loved one is very happy with her caregiver Jeannie from Comfort Keepers of Cape Giradeau. She states her furniture has never been cleaner, and Jeannie comes in and gets straight to work. She keeps the home very clean and is very pleasant to be around.
