I cannot begin to explain how much I appreciate our caregiver, Jennifer, from Comfort Keepers as well as the head nurse, Claudia, who is such a caring nurse. Elizabeth is a terrific leading and provides quality service with a conscious heart of gold. Our experience with Comfort Keepers has been amazing. Everyone treated Mom with such compassion and we truly appreciate it.

I was impressed with her level of understanding, experience and how quickly she connected with mom. I believe she went above and beyond what I expected while being with us. She demonstrated a high level of compassion and accountability. Felicia took it upon herself to keep a detailed diary of my mom’s daily activity. This was extremely helpful to the family as we were evaluating her new medications. Her companionship with mom I’m sure is what has helped mom get through this rough spot. It’s hard to say good-bye to Felicia but our family, and me especially, will always be grateful for how she touched our hearts and cared for my mom as if she were her own.
