Comfort Home Health Care and their team was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The office staff called me to schedule an appointment for my 85 yo father. They were patient, professional and empathetic to my needs. Our nurse was a complete pro in her field. My Dad needed IV and it is very hard for them to find a vein. Our nurse got it the first time. I knew we were in good hands at that point. We had Comfort Home Health before and loved their service and wanted them back. They have a great Physical Therapy team as well as their home health aide. The nurses at Fountain Valley Hospital kept poking him several times and they should have had and IV expert like most hospitals have to find a good vein or do an ultrasound. They were understaffed. We had a horrible experience at Fountain Valley hospital. The hospital case managers are rude, unprofessional and aggressive. They want you to go to their home health agencies because they maybe working for them. I requested to go to Comfort and they refused and gave me a hard time which is wrong because you have the right to choose. Comfort Home Health will always be my go to home health for my love ones needs.
