My dad was in their 24-hour care for about 10 days, before he passed away at home. The first 24 hours were very stressful, as the CNAs that were sent to the home really couldn't meet the needs of my dad. After we elected to put him on a catheter, the staffing issues resolved themselves. The care was excellent thereafter, and we really developed lasting relationships with a few of the CNAs. The reason why I gave only three stars is their accounting office has been almost impossible to deal with. I have placed three calls to their office, and am told each time that "Mandy is unavailable." My credit card has been charged almost $12,000 for what should amount to about $5,600. I guess my only recourse at this point is to have American Express reverse the charges, and conduct an investigation on our behalf. Thus, if you do hire this company, expect good care, but also be prepared for an administrative nightmare.

We could not have gone through this passing of our loved one without Khalid and Mandy. Would highly recommend ComForCare Home Care to care for your loved ones short-term or long-term. It isn't easy to find really good in-home care and we hit the jackpot when we found them.
