ComForCare Home Care - Monroe, NY

ComForCare is the Best in service and care. The live-in aid takes care of our mom like she would her own mother. Our mom has dialysis 3x a week and multiple doctor appointments. Her aid, Lu, takes care of the transportation, shopping, home assistance, cooks the meals to my mom's recipes but most of all she is her trusted companion. My mom and our family could not be happier. ComForCare Home Care of Monroe has been providing 24-hour aide services for my mother for about 6-weeks now. They were responsive to her needs, and mine, from the very beginning. My former aide left unexpectedly and I was left without services on a Sunday afternoon. By Tuesday morning, ComForCare had arranged 24-7 services for my mother which turned out to be superior to what I had previously. Management made sure everything was in place. They visited with us and listened to our needs and concerns. The aides they provided are reliable, capable, caring, and attentive to my mother. I rely on them and feel very comfortable that she is in good hands. The entire ComForCare team has been professional and caring. I am most appreciative to ComForCare and can highly recommend their services

I started using ComForCare of Monroe about 2 years ago when my mother started showing signs of dementia i 1st started a couple of days a week and building up as her condition has increased we are now 24/7. There have been ups and downs along the way based on the caregivers that have come thru her home but i think that is one of the hardest parts of homecare is to match the right caregiver with the patient.and we accomplished that. it is my mothers request to stay at home and ComForCare made that possible. It is a good feeling to know that there is someone with my mother all the time to take care of her needs. I would recommend ComForCare.
