ComForCare Home Care-Charleston is a family owned provider of in-home care services that are non-medical in nature. We enable individuals to stay in their homes by assisting with vital daily activities including meal preparation, safety supervision, transportation, medication reminders, bathing, grooming and hygiene.

Dedicated to meeting the highest standards in home care, our goal is to improve the quality of life and the level of independence for every client and family receiving our home care services. We know that it takes a special person to provide the companionship and perform the duties needed to support this level of care, and we will only hire a caregiver whom we would feel entirely comfortable sending into our own home. We strive to hire great caregivers and provide them with tools and training that help them provide excellent care.

Our process focuses on the welfare of the individual receiving the care. Each individual’s care plan is supported by a team, beginning with a thorough in-home nurse assessment. A customized care plan is developed and implemented amid ongoing oversight that provides peace of mind. Our process includes a hands-on approach to client care, including attending nurse assessments, supervisory visits and constant communication. Within the process, we strive to educate clients and their loved ones on how to better manage their health conditions.
