Van Dyk at Bald Eagle Commons provides independent and assisted living services as well as dementia and Alzheimer’s care. Our three story home is located in a rural area and offers assisted living apartments with mini kitchenettes or full kitchens. Our home features several common sitting areas throughout the building which promotes residents to socialize with each other.
