Jami, I am a past client
My mother lived here for 8 months. I took her there after caring for her in my home for 9 years. I am her POA. As she arrived, there was completely new management. The staff that had been there for years quit. There has been almost complete staff turnover several times. My mother experienced medication errors, one of which landed her in the hospital. The staff was argumentative and rude. When I emergently removed her, they refused to allow me to gather her belongings. They still have some of her possessions.

My mother has lived at Cedar Mountain House for over a year, and I'm very happy with the loving care she receives there. The staff is infinitely patient and kind, and they're very aware of what my mother needs at any given time. It gives me great comfort, knowing my mother is in such good hands!
