Our Field Manager's client case loads are limited in such a way that weekly contact with the family is required to keep them informed regarding any changes in daily living activities or physical needs.

Because we are home based, we are able to operate on a very low overhead with a modest profit margin. Our hourly price range from 10%-40% lower than our competitors and our 24/7 prices range from 20%- 60% lower. Our caregivers are paid on the average of 20% higher than the compensation of the other local agencies. The formula provides the best quality care at the most affordable prices. ~Our Caregivers - Our team members are either certified nurse' assistants, certified caregivers or come from a medical background in either the military or private industry. All are background checked, CPR, First Aid certified and DMV records investigated. We offer on-going training to those who have a background in other fields but who feel called to serve the senior community. We interview on an ongoing basis so we might build a team of some of the valley's most compassionate and experienced caregivers. It is our philosophy that caregiving is a gift, not a job.
