About the Owner
Kadiratou "Kadie" Agrignan
Meet Kadiratou “Kadie” Agrignan, the owner of Caring Senior Service of Lincoln. She has a degree in healthcare administration and a certificate in gerontology. She has been in the senior care industry for over 14 years in different capacities, including CNA, HHA, and Operations Manager. Kadie decided to open her own home care business because she wants to empower seniors to stay at home and knows the benefits that one-on-one care can provide. She is married and a busy mom of 4 as she frequently travels to attend her kids’ soccer tournaments. She and her team look forward to serving you and your family.
Our Team
Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, a community relations director, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare ®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
Michelle Venter
Michelle Venter brings over 25 years of strategic marketing expertise to Caring Senior Service as Director of Marketing and Business Development. With an MBA concentration in statistics, she has successfully led growth initiatives across D2C, B2B, B2C, and nonprofit sectors, focusing on relationship-driven marketing strategies that build lasting connections within the community.
As a mother of a child presenting with special needs, Michelle brings personal understanding to supporting families navigating complex care situations, particularly those utilizing Aged and Disabled Medicaid Waivers. Her vision centers on connecting families with compassionate care for seniors aging in place and individuals with special needs through meaningful relationships.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with their three children and loving husband, and you will often find her at the gym working with a personal trainer. “I often think, where will I be when I am 80, and I intend on being happy and healthy, with the strength to care for my own family the way we help others care for theirs—because I understand that love doesn’t diminish with age or ability, it only grows deeper.”

Ivan Felipe Ortiz Mojica
Iván Felipe Ortiz Mojica brings a unique blend of psychological expertise and human resources experience to our team. As a licensed psychologist with specialized training in both clinical and organizational psychology, Iván has dedicated his career to understanding human needs and building meaningful connections. His professional background includes providing psychological counseling and crisis care for hospitalized patients and their families, as well as implementing therapeutic programs for cancer patients.
